Gas Station Owner Acquires a 7-Eleven Franchise Thanks to Biz2Credit

Sayed Hasnain, Manager of KBH Realty, has acquired four gas stations in the past year. But, according to him, on paper he has nothing to do with it!

"My wife is actually the owner of KBH Realty," says Hasnain, chuckling. "I am the Manager, so technically I am responsible for everything, while she takes the profit!"

Biz2Credit initially assisted Hasnain, who has been in business since 2016, by funding a 75% loan-to-value bridge loan, with a term of 24 months. The transaction was completed within about 30 days, allowing Hasnain (and his wife) to take full advantage of all the buying opportunities that were cropping up.

"I am now in the process of acquiring a 7-Eleven," says Hasnain, which will bring him to a total of five Commercial Real Estate acquisitions in the past year.

But despite his success, Hasnain knows that the market can be a tough place.

"The Commercial Real Estate world can be risky," says Hasnain. "When presented with the opportunity for a potential acquisition, you often second guess your decisions."
