You will see it described in our financing contract as a Receivables Sale Agreement. With this kind of financing, Biz2Credit is purchasing your future business receipts (Receivables) at a discount. Revenue-Based Financing agreements are repaid from an agreed percentage of your business receipts (Receivables) - and only from your business Receivables - until the agreed sale price (Amount Sold) is reached. You also have a right of true-up/reconciliation to ensure that payments are made only from Receivables. Revenue-Based Financing is not a loan product, so there is no fixed term and no interest rate. This product is secured via a UCC lien on your company's receivables and typically requires a performance guaranty from one or more owners of the business. A small percentage of our customers are eligible for a Term Loan. Once you submit your application, we will let you know if you are eligible for a Term Loan. The Term Loan has an average term of 1-3 years and principal and interest are repaid on an agreed periodic basis.
